Appellant, Glenn Allen Hafford, was charged with possession of less than one gram of cocaine. Appellant pled guilty, pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, and the trial court sentenced him to 168 days in jail. We address whether the trial court erred by denying appellants motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant, based upon an affidavit appellant claims contained stale facts. We affirm.
